Auviera Return Policy

We’re sorry your order didn’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth process.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging may not be accepted.
  • Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used Skincare or personal care items

  • Final sale or clearance products

  • Gift cards

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Auviera is not responsible for lost returns.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@auviera.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item within 7 days of approval to the return address we provide.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm its status.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Please do not return items without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, providing clear photos for review.
