We’re sorry your order didn’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth process.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging may not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are not eligible for return:

Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Auviera is not responsible for lost returns.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at support@auviera.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item within 7 days of approval to the return address we provide.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm its status.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Important Notes
- Please do not return items without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, providing clear photos for review.
