Auviera Refund Policy

At Auviera, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something doesn’t work out, our refund process is designed to be smooth, transparent, and hassle-free.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund. Estimated processing times are:

Shop Pay / Apple Pay 5–10 business days

Refund Conditions

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Items must meet our return eligibility criteria (unused, unopened, and in original packaging).
  • A return request must be submitted and approved within 15 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

At this time, we do not offer store credit or wallet-based refunds.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items received after the 15-day return period
  • Items that are opened, used, damaged, or not in their original condition
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Return shipping costs

Return Verification

After your return is delivered to us:

  • We’ll inspect the item and notify you of the refund status by email.
  • Approved returns are processed promptly to your original payment method.
  • If your return does not qualify, we’ll either ship the item back to you (shipping cost applies) or responsibly dispose of it.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider.
  3. Reach out to your bank — processing times may vary.
